You will contribute by:

  • With guidance from the Director of HR, executing on various HR programs and initiatives, such as HRIS and talent management, that align with overall business strategy
  • Leading new hire onboarding process and ensuring new employees feel welcome to the Kabam family
  • Researching and recommending total rewards program to ensure that Kabam remains competitive within the industry
  • Championing Kabam’s Health and Safety program and campaigns
  • Supporting initiatives and management of employee relations
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top talent
  • Providing support to immigration and mobility programs
  • Seeking out opportunities and projects that will contribute to best-in-class services at Kabam!

Your background includes:

  • 3+ years as a Human Resources professional, with a focus in the high-tech industry
  • Strong HRIS experience and an appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies to aid in productivity
  • Knowledge of total compensation philosophy and a good grasp of industry trends
  • Proven track record of interpersonal skill paired with an exceptional attention to details
  • Superb communication skill, both verbally and written
  • A work-hard, play-hard attitude!
