Tim Fields oversees all aspects of game development and operations at Kabam, from concept, to build, to live operations. Tim has led development and operations efforts on Kabam’s Marvel Contest of Champions, Fast and Furious, and Transformers: Forged to Fight games. In this role he oversees all elements of production, publishing, financing, and operations of the studios and games.
A 22-year veteran of the video game industry, Tim has held various positions ranging from executive producer, to lead designer and director of business development at major publishers, including Capcom, Microsoft and Electronic Arts. His game credentials include hit franchises like Need for Speed, Halo, Call of Duty, Brute Force, SSX, and others.
In addition, Tim is active in the game development and financial community as a consultant, writer and speaker. He has authored a number of books on game design, production, monetization, and analytics. Tim loves making games and working with teams to let millions of players around the world play with their friends.
Tim is a native of Austin, TX and a University of Texas alumnus.

Kay Wong-Alafriz is an experienced, high integrity strategic partner bringing a broad array of finance and operations experience to bear in helping public and private companies achieve corporate objectives. She serves as the CFO, and Head of User Acquisition, Data Science and Legal teams at Kabam Games, Inc., a subsidiary of NetMarble Games. Kabam is a world leader in the development and publishing of massively multi-player mobile games.
Kay is passionate about championing a collaborative, operational approach for the finance function that leverages technology and data to drive decision making. She is responsible for financial and operational leadership post-acquisition and to help set Kabam on a strong footing for continued growth.
Kay’s expertise includes corporate development and financing, international and cross-border expertise, regulatory and compliance, operations and risk management.
